Orders from the UK are dispatched from our U.K. based warehouse and are usually delivered within 3-5 business days to UK destinations via our Standard Service.

Europe
For our European Customers please expect orders on the standard service to take between 4-10 busines days depending on your location.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
EarHugz®️ will use a range of couriers depending on your location to ensure you receive your parcel as quickly as possible. All express shipping is handled through DHL Express, parcels on this service usually arrive next day. Express shipping to some countries may take up to 3 business days maximum.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
If you live outside the U.K. you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that EarHugz®️ does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot confirm exact amount you may be required to pay as these charges vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by EarHugz®️, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
In some rare cases, a remote location delivery fee may apply, in this instance we will email you after your order has been placed confirming any additional fees required.

All EarHugz headphones covers are shipped by us and the above rates and times apply, however some other products we sell on our store are shipped and fulfilled by our partner suppliers. These products can vary in shipping time and cost and will be shipped separately to your EarHugz orders. All Shipping for these items will be detailed in your cart and order confirmation email after purchase.
Shipping of these other products using E-Packet can take between 7 - 20 days to arrive.
